Refund policy

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept return requests.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Not marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

How to Initiate a Return

Before sending any item back, you must contact us to request approval. Unapproved returns will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at your expense.

To request a return, contact us via our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 24 business hours with further instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You are required to use a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during the return. We recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is fully processed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. There is no restocking fee.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 14 days, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or payment method statement
  • Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times can vary
  • If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, contact us and we will investigate

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the defect or damage
  • A brief description of the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement at no additional cost to you. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by us.

Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us immediately via our contact page with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order. See our full product range on the store.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been packed or dispatched. To cancel, contact us immediately via our contact page. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — you may instead initiate a return upon delivery.
