Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT+1) will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next available business day.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery is 5–9 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier capacity, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum order value applies.
We ship to addresses within the regions listed at checkout. If your address is not supported at checkout, we are currently unable to fulfil orders to that location. For questions about delivery to a specific region, contact us.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. You can track your order at any time via our order tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking information via our tracking page before contacting us. If the issue persists, contact us and we will investigate.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to redirect shipments once an order has been dispatched. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately via our contact page. We will do our best to amend the address if the order has not yet been packed or dispatched.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable — due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery — we will contact you to arrange redelivery or issue a refund minus any applicable carrier fees. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.
Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays. These days are not counted within processing or delivery timeframes.
