When is my payment charged?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been packed for dispatch. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number. After this window, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.
Will I receive an order confirmation?

How long does delivery take?

What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+1) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the following business day.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order at any time via our order tracking page.
My tracking information is not updating. What should I do?
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. If there is no update after 48 hours, please contact us with your order number.
What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?
